At William Wood Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our chivalrous customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your watch in its original luxury presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to HQ

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package back to our London studio for a thorough quality inspection.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our watchmakers verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement timepiece within 5 to 7 business days.
